Shipping Policy
We ship our products using UPS Ground shipping. We will not ship to a PO Box address. International orders to Canada, Europian Union, Australia, New Zealand, Japan and South Korea can also be placed through UPS. Currently, these are the only international locations to which we can ship. International buyers are liable for the custom charges that may be imposed by their countries.
We do not do gift shipping, cannot wrap any purchases, and cannot send cards along with shipments.

Return Policy
Buyers may return Dead On Arrival (DOA) items within two weeks of the day the item was received. Returned DOA items will be exchanged. A 15% restocking fee is charged to customers who return a product for a refund. Shipping charges are nonrefundable. Buyers must email Vortex Audio Express and get a Return Authorization Number (RA#) before returning an item. Buyer is responsible for the cost of postage when returning a product. Vortex Audio Express will pay for reshipping costs.
